AB&D was originated in 1984 with four partners; Don Newby, being one of the original partners, owned the company with his wife Grace from 1988-2015. In 2015 the company was passed to 2nd generation owners Andrea & Ronny Newby. AB&D is a women owned and a family operated business by President, Andrea Newby. She currently holds a WBE & a WOSB certification.
